A’rd Killing

Remember those easy to master shooter games like Duck Hunter, Wild Gunman, Tail Gunner or others? Our aim was to create a similar unsophisticated game - just sit down, hit the button, fire and win! It is a so-called classic shooter.
You can choose between two levels - one is Wild West where you have to get rid of a local gang that comes at you, the other a nighttime battle with aliens. All graphics used in the game have been created in Flash; gradient and transparent colours have been used extensively. Have your speakers on while playing for sound effects and music, the latter is provided by Leonard Cohen’s and Sharon Robinson’s piece “Waiting for the Miracle.” You must hit 20 opponents to get through the level. A small sign lights up at the bottom of the screen every time the player hits the target. Use the mouse to shoot, its cursor is a sight and its button serves for a trigger.

Go ahead now and open fire!
